All our soaps are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients like olive oil, coconut oil, Jojoba oil, and other oils as suited.

Due to the artisanal process, variations in color, scent, and texture may occur from batch to batch. These variations are normal and do not affect product quality or effectiveness in each product.

Our Castile-style soap is formulated for gentle cleansing, but if you have sensitive skin, please perform a patch test before full use.

Our products may contain oils derived from nuts (e.g., almond), essential oils, or botanical additives. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please carefully read our full ingredient list or contact us before placing an order.

As our soap contains no synthetic preservatives, we recommend using it within 12 months of purchase. Store in a cool, dry place, and if you have purchased a hard soap allow the soap to dry between uses for a longer-lasting soap by putting the soap container upside down while you are not using it.

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if there’s an issue with your order (e.g., wrong product, damage during shipping), please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package and we’ll do our best to make it right.
