At OilLab, every order is packed with the same care we put into making our soaps. Because our products come in glass (for liquid soap) and ceramic containers (for solid brush soap), we take extra steps to ensure your items arrive safely and sustainably.

We ship all orders via:
 • Thai Post EMS (1–3 business days)
 • DHL Express (1–2 business days within Thailand)
Tracking numbers are provided with every shipment.

 • Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
 • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

We use sturdy cardboard boxes and custom cardboard inserts to protect fragile glass and ceramic containers without relying on plastic.

Our packaging is designed to be fully recyclable, and we encourage customers to reuse or recycle it after unboxing.

We also minimize printed materials in each package to reduce unnecessary waste. You’ll find all essential order information in your email instead.
